UK Delivery Terms

We offer free standard UK deliveries on orders over £100 for a limited time only.

Orders under £100 will be charged £5 at checkout via our nominated courier.

UK Standard Delivery service aims to deliver your order within 3 to 5 Working Days.

 

EU Countries Delivery Terms

We offer free delivery to EU Countries on orders over €200 for a limited time only.

We will need to charge a fee for Delivery to the EU on orders under €200 at checkout via our nominated courier.

Our deliveries will be duty-paid. The fee is towards the cost of Courier, Duty, and Taxes.

All our orders outside the UK will be dispatched via DHL and will be fully trackable.

Our European standard delivery service aims to deliver your order within 5 to 7 Business Days.

USA Delivery Terms

We offer free delivery to the USA on orders over $300 for a limited time only.

We will need to charge a $40 fee for Delivery to the USA on orders under $300 at checkout via our nominated courier.

Our deliveries will be duty-paid.

The fee is towards the cost of Courier, Duty, and Taxes.

All our orders outside the UK will be dispatched via DHL and will be fully trackable.

Our U.S. Standard Delivery service aims to deliver your order within 7 to 10 Working Days.

 

Custom Fees, Delivery Duties & Taxes

1. Customs, delivery duties, and taxes may be applied to all parcels traveling outside of Great Britain. This will depend on the value, the item(s), and the purpose of shipment.
2. Parcels will be held by custom until payments are made.
3. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned or in some cases destroyed.
Items in shipments valued below £135 (or 150 euros) are considered low value.
4. Our policy assists ecommerce businesses in saving on importing costs for shipping products under £640 (or $800) to the US.
5. Australia follows a high duty and tax de minimis of £525 (or $1,000 AUD, approximately $645 USD).
