1.   REFUNDS & BILLING

What is your refund policy?

Our goodwill return policy entitles you to a refund for an item bought online at duchamplondon.com with a valid receipt within 28 days excluding sale items. For sale items please return them within 14 days of receipt of goods.

I am waiting for a refund, when will it be processed?

All refunds are processed by Duchamp London within 10 working days of receipt of goods. During sale or peak times your refund could take up to 14 business days and may take longer to show on your bank statement depending on your bank’s processing time.

Can I return an item if the tag has been removed?

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition, you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

What is your returns policy?

Please note that our returns policy applies exclusively to purchases made from Duchamplondon.com.

If you would like to return an item please return the item in the same condition you have received it please: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with labels attached following the instructions below.


If you wish to print your returns shipping address label. Please see the Service Returns Portal Link below. The cost of the return will be paid for by the customer.

3.   SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the shipping options?

UK Delivery:

UK Standard Delivery. 2 - 4 working days, sent via DX courier services.
Free delivery for orders over £150 and £10 charge for orders under £150.

EU Deliveries:

For select EU destinations, we offer free standard delivery for orders over €350. 
€30 or €40 delivery charge for orders under €350, sent with DHL courier services.

 

USA Delivery:

For select USA destinations, we offer free standard delivery for orders over $500.
$40
 delivery charge on orders under $500, sent with DHL courier services.

Delivery Duty Paid Shipping Terms:

Our deliveries will be duty paid. The fee is towards the cost of Courier, Duty, and Taxes. 
All our orders outside the UK will be dispatched via DHL and will be fully trackable.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Check Tracking:

You will receive your parcel number in your dispatch confirmation email, once your order has been processed and dispatched. Enter the provided tracking number in the designated section on the courier service parcel track-and-trace website page to get real-time updates on its progress.
